Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, and train new employees
- Provide coaching and guidance to store staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage and monitor daily store operations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions
- Negotiate with suppliers for favorable pricing and terms
- Create and implement marketing initiatives to drive sales
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics

Qualifications:

- Strong negotiation skills for vendor management
