Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service department and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of customer service representatives
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery
- Analyze customer feedback and implement strategies for improvement
- Manage customer escalations and resolve complex issues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to optimize service delivery
- Provide sales support by assisting with customer inquiries and product information
- Fluent in Spanish or other multilingual abilities is a plus
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management abilities
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficient in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Photography and photo editing software proficiency preferred but not required
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Fluent in Spanish or other multilingual abilities is a plus
