Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations in our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Knowledge of basic office management procedures
