Job Summary: 3 month CONTRACT
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning HR strategies and initiatives with business objectives, providing guidance and support to management and employees, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Duties:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching for improvement
- Assist in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication, managing resistance, and promoting employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations by staying up-to-date with changes in legislation
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Collaborate with management on succession planning efforts to identify high-potential employees for future leadership roles
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, develop insights, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment labor laws
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and change management processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying issues and finding solutions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
