Job Title: Front Desk Representative
Overview:
As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors, clients, and employees. You will handle various administrative tasks, manage incoming calls, and assist with inquiries and requests.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Provide accurate information to inquiries about company products, services, and policies.
Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access.
Manage reservations and bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and empathy, escalating issues when necessary.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory, placing orders when necessary.
Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
