You’re not afraid to talk ROI with executives because you always do the work to understand how the product you’re selling will impact the businesses you sell it to. Job Summary:
As a QBench Account Executive, you’re responsible for meeting quarterly revenue goals through inbound and outbound sales efforts. You’ll work closely with Sales Engineers and Scientific Consultants to provide product demonstrations to well-informed Chief Scientific Officers, Lab Directors, Lab Managers, Quality Control Managers, and Research Directors from various industries such as material science, genomics, analytical chemistry, microbiology, diagnostic, manufacturing, and much more.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR quota through inbound and outbound sales efforts.
- Manage inbound leads provided by the company. Convert sales-qualified leads into Deals or disqualify non-ICP prospects.
- Conduct discovery calls that help inform prospects of the LIMS landscape and the QBench buyer journey.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify business challenges and goals. Effectively use QBench case studies to convey how QBench can address customers' challenges and goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and slide presentations to showcase the value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Create mutual action plans with prospects to maintain evaluation milestones.
- Collaborate closely with QBench sales engineers and scientific consultants to address complex prospects requirements around scientific workflows, regulatory compliance, integrations, technical architecture, etc.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position QBench as a market leader.
- Strategic outbound prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn targeted at our ICP.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of consistently hitting quota in B2B SaaS sales.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to interpret and re-articulate complex workflows clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrates the ability to manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills when relationship-building with a high-caliber, high-IQ prospect base.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and set new records.
- Self-starter and intrapreneur mindset.
- Meshes well with existing fast-paced, startup SaaS culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
