GENERAL SUMMARY:
Talent Representatives are responsible for driving the execution of the talent acquisition process for all hourly and Private Fleet Drivers positions.
DUTIES and ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform full lifecycle recruiting to include execution of screening, interviewing and the selection of candidates. 50%

Execute recruitment plans in order to achieve staffing metrics. 20%

Manage the coordination of the new hire onboarding process to include job offers, pre-employment communication/scheduling, travel coordination, and conditional hire elements. 20%

Monitors and reports weekly progress on staffing needs, turnover and other related issues. 5%

Travel to perform market visits with Talent Manager to support staffing needs and organizes/conducts hiring events and staffing meetings as needed. 5%

WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant work experience

This position requires some travel and overnight stays (5-10%); a current driver’s license and acceptable driving history is required.
