Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Baker with at least 3 years of experience and great references to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various baked goods and casseroles. We are a small crew so you must be able to work well with others and pivot to meet the needs of the restaurant. This position is hourly plus tips.
Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, cookies and casseroles
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the baking area
- Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures
-Flexibility is key as restaurant needs may vary day to day
Requirements:
- 3 years experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the industry
- Excellent references
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
-Schedule will be Mon - Sat, approx 30 - 35 hours

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
