Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and understanding their needs.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments to execute client campaigns effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Creative Support: Assist in the development of creative materials by liaising between clients and our creative team, facilitating feedback and revisions.
- Claims Management: Handle claims and disputes promptly, working closely with clients to resolve issues and maintain satisfaction.
- Traffic Management: Coordinate the flow of projects within the agency, managing timelines and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Financial Oversight: Assist in budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting to ensure accurate accounting of client projects.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on account status, performance metrics, and project milestones for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of deliverables to ensure they align with client expectations and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or a similar role within the advertising industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
