Client Success Account Manager
Location: 100% Remote
Reporting to: VP of Client Success
Job Summary:
Patient Prism is seeking a Client Success Manager with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to adapt to the rapidly changing nature of our software platform. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of client service and support in a virtual, remote work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to read and navigate client conversations, ensuring a personalized and effective client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Oversee and manage client accounts.
- Understand each client's practice needs and goals to provide personalized support and guidance.
Client Onboarding and Training:
- Advocate for and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Ensure clients understand the product's features and capabilities.
- Gain an understanding of client goals and expectations.
- Monitor the rollout of the product within client practices.
- Conduct and record training sessions to promote product adoption and enhance software understanding.
- Address client issues or questions timely and effectively.
Communication and Adaptability
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing technical inquiries.
- Adapt to changes in the SaaS industry and quickly learn about new product features.
- Recommend relevant product features to clients based on their needs.
Data Analysis and Insights
- Evaluate client data and analytics to review usage and identify trends.
- Provide insights to help clients derive maximum value from the software.
Problem-Solving:
- Utilize strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns.
- Advise effective solutions for client-specific workflows.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Execute strategies for continued client growth and retention based on new integrations and features to maximize product usage and demonstrate the unique, comprehensive value add exclusive to Prism clients.
- Build a roadmap for expansion and upsell opportunities based on foundational client knowledge.
- Manage queries, concerns, or escalations efficiently and professionally.
Collaboration and Triage:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Ensure a unified approach in serving clients and meeting their needs.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client success or account management, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read and navigate diverse client interactions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to new technology and software updates quickly.
- Experience in conducting training sessions and onboarding new clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products
- Experience with HubSpot or equivalent a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
