```Duties```
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Check identification to ensure customers are of legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
- Restock bar supplies and inventory as needed

- Strong hospitality skills to provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with patrons in a friendly and professional manner
- Sales skills to upsell premium beverages or promote specials to increase revenue
- Basic math skills for calculating drink prices, handling cash, and making change
- Knowledge of math principles for measuring ingredients, calculating recipe proportions, and managing inventory
- Ability to handle high-volume situations, such as banquet events or busy times
- Familiarity with brewing processes, beer styles, and craft beer trends (optional)
- Experience using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems for order entry and payment processing
- Proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring beer, and serving wine
- Understanding of retail math concepts for pricing drinks, calculating discounts, and tracking sales
Please note that previous experience as a bartender is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and willingness to learn
