Job Summary
Shipping and Receiving Associates are responsible for working closely with Inventory, Quality, Manufacturing and Office personnel to ensure materials(raw material, completed parts, tooling, misc supplies) are processed properly. Employees will assist in packaging, receiving, shipping, delivering, and picking up parts or materials for use in the shop.
Duties and Essential Job Functions
- Receive and inspect incoming materials like; raw stock, tooling, office supplies, returning parts from outside process, ect.
- Packaging of completed parts due to customers, packaging of parts to outside process.
- Loading and unloading of materials. Forklift certification/usage knowledge preferred.
- Delivery and pick up of materials. A clean driving record is required.
- Familiarity with ERP programs, used to maintain a clean, organized inventory system.
- Assist in maintaining Futuristics ISO:9001 conformance and that parts meet our quality standards.
- Assist all Departments in maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe work environment by reporting any mechanical issues, excessive spills, or unsafe behavior.
- Use of the Fiber Laser marking machine, Parts washer, Sanding and deburring equipment and any other equipment necessary to complete production.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
