Smith & Wollensky, the high volume fine dining steakhouse which is part of PPX Hospitality Brands which has over 30 locations nationally is seeking an Office manager/Administrative Assistant for our Miami Beach Location. The position is part time Monday- Friday. Approximately 25-35 hours. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
This position would work directly for the Managing Partner, duties may include assisting with daily banking reconciliation, paperwork administration, payroll reconciliation, and coordinating with the Payroll and Benefits manager to assist staff. Various other office tasks may be assigned.
This position would also assist in answer phones, taking and confirming reservations, as well as to assist at the host station during lunch when needed.
Candidate must have strong computer skills.
Experience using Micros, Open table, Compeat, and Paycom a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
