Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present product information to clients, highlighting key features and benefits
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales role
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Strong account management skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Technical sales experience is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
