Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and plan company events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Perform data entry tasks, including order entry and maintaining databases
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
