SUMMARY:
The Executive Administrator position provides administrative support to the Branch President to achieve and maintain the organization's new business and renewal goals by assisting the branch manager with setting appointments and managing their calendar, proposals, business development, and communication. Executive Administrator responsibilities will include but are not limited to, providing project management, administrative support, and coordinating and planning travel and industry-specific agency board/executive meetings.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide support for the executive management team including, but not limited to:
-
Manage the calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with multiple parties in multiple time zones including Europe and the Caribbean

Prepare letters and other correspondence, reports, memos, memoranda meeting minutes, and presentations including presentations with limited executive involvement

Coordinate executive management transient business travel arrangements

Assist with planning travel and hotel arrangements for captive meetings

Maintain and schedule executive management calendars

Contacting clients and handling telephone communications in an efficient manner
-
Record and forward accurate verbal or written messages

Data Collection and Analytics for projects

Prepare proposals for the Branch President
- Provide support for the Operations Manager, as needed

Plan, produce and direct virtual meetings on various platforms
-
Perform all actions relating to customers and companies in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions

Participate in seminars and other training for knowledge and skill development

QUALIFICATIONS:

2–5 Years of Corporate/Executive administrative experience preferred
-
High School diploma or equivalent, college degree in a business field is preferred
-
The professional administrative designation is desirable
-
Insurance knowledge is desirable
