CK Power is looking for a Training & Grant Coordinator at our St. Louis, MO location. The Training & Grant Coordinator will communicate with managers at all divisions to identify training needs and map development plans for teams and individuals to enhance the skills and competencies of employees and managers. This includes assessing training needs, developing a curriculum, and delivering training sessions to improve workplace performance and align with the company’s core values. You will work with outside resources for training needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop training programs and materials.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments.
- Apply for grant funding through available channels.
- Lead training and coaching programs.
- Manage training schedules.
- Direct individual trainers.
- Work with outside resources to develop and enhance training curriculum.
What You’ll Need:
- Grant writing experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Communication, or Business.
- 3-5 years of curriculum development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead training/coaching sessions, individually and in small and large groups.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of people.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical conduct with a high degree of confidentiality.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
What Helps:

- Experience supporting a manufacturing company a plus.
